Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Your ability to connect, negotiate, and close deals will be instrumental in building lasting relationships and achieving sales targets. - We will be holding daily in person interviews this week from 10 am till 3 pm!
Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits effectively, tailoring presentations to meet diverse customer needs.
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close high-end sales successfully.
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
- Maintain organized inventory management and control to ensure accurate vehicle listings and availability information.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automobile features and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, with the ability to engage customers confidently.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and sales processes efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math for accurate deal structuring.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or high-end sales environments is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
