Why KidStrong (And Why This Isn’t a Typical Coaching Job)
KidStrong is redefining youth fitness and child development. We are not a traditional gym, daycare, or sports program. We are a science-backed child development training center designed to help kids win at life.
Our proprietary curriculum intentionally blends:
- Brain development
- Physical strength
- Character and confidence building
Led by professional coaches, KidStrong serves children from walking age through 11 years old, helping them develop resilience, coordination, confidence, and leadership skills that carry far beyond the gym.
Founded in 2016, KidStrong is one of the fastest-growing youth development brands in the country, rapidly expanding with 30+ new locations. Our curriculum, training model, and parent-focused approach position us at the cutting edge of the youth performance and child development space.
