We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support evening cleaning operations at a professional office complex in the Troy area near the Crooks Road and Long Lake Road corridor.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workplace. The role supports general office cleaning after normal business hours and requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities

Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties throughout office and common areas

Vacuum offices, hallways, conference rooms, and shared spaces using a backpack vacuum

Dust surfaces and maintain general appearance throughout the facility

Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility

Maintain cleanliness throughout entrances, workspaces, and shared areas

Restock facility supplies as needed

Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Report any facility concerns or supply needs to management
Requirements

Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred

Ability to wear and use a backpack vacuum during the shift

Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic

Ability to work independently and stay on task

Strong attention to detail

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
