Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Assist licensed nurses with patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and personal care
Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with patients, families, and staff
Participate in providing care that is patient-centered, respectful, and seamless
Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure high-quality care and effective communication
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Demonstrate a passion for delivering compassionate and personalized care
Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and dignity
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Required Qualifications:
Current licensure as an LNA in the state of Vermont
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
