At The Learning Experience® (TLE) in Midlothian, VA, we bring joy, discovery, and growth to every stage of early childhood education. Our Infant Teachers create a safe, nurturing daycare environment where babies (6 weeks–12 months) feel loved, supported, and ready to explore the world around them.
What You’ll Do
Provide compassionate, individualized care and attention to infants.

Support early milestones through sensory play and meaningful interaction.

Follow each child’s feeding, diapering, and nap schedule consistently.

Communicate daily with families about progress and routines.

- Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to encourage curiosity and emotional development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment alongside your teaching team.

What You’ll Bring
- A genuine love for babies and a passion for early childhood education.
- Experience in a childcare or daycare setting preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Infant Teachers, including background checks and training.
