Professional Cleaning Technician (Part-Time, with path to Full-Time)
This job is tough. It’s real hands-on work, but a perfect fit if you like making things clean and want a flexible schedule (Day or Night). Each day you go straight to the jobs without having to go to the office. You will need to bend, lift, scrub and move with purpose so if you're good at challenges, this is for you. If you don’t like getting your hands dirty, it’s not a fit.
Work Hours & Path to Full-Time
- Part-time W2 to start, with up to 40 hours/week based on performance.
- Shifts available:
- Days: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Want a path to full time? Simple. Do great work, show up on time and keep quality high.
Where You’ll Work
- Entire Eastern Panhandle – WV, VA, and MD
- You need to report to a central office every day.
- Jobs are within 30 miles of 25401 (Martinsburg, WV).
Requirements
- Driver’s license
- Speak English
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Strong body and mindset. It’s hard work!
Pay
- $14 - $16 per hour, based on your experience (cleaning and/or management).
Training
- We teach you our step-by-step cleaning system.
- You’ll learn how to use the right tools, chemicals, and microfiber cloths for each surface.
- You’ll get coaching on speed, quality, and safety so every space is spotless and safe.
