- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping or dining needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate retail sales transactions and cash handling
- Prepare non-alcoholic beverages with precision, including coffee drinks, teas, and specialty drinks, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the store or café area by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and restocking supplies regularly
- Process cash transactions efficiently while managing register operations with attention to detail in retail math and basic math skills
- Support food handling and preparation tasks in accordance with food safety regulations and café standards
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves or supplies as needed to ensure product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, processing returns or exchanges, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in handling services or environments with hands on operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, and transaction processing
- Knowledge of safety practices and proper handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Pay: $18.20 - $23.20 per hour
