Job Summary
Teeth+Robots is seeking an Associate Dentist who wants to grow clinically, serve patients at a high level, and help build the future of dentistry.
This role is for a dentist who is ready for more than routine restorative dentistry. We are looking for someone with experience performing extractions, confidence managing larger treatment needs, and a genuine interest in implants, surgical dentistry, and robotic-assisted workflows.
The right candidate does not need to be an implant expert on day one. They do need to be clinically serious, coachable, patient-focused, and motivated to develop the skills required for comprehensive modern dentistry.

What You Will Do
- Diagnose and treatment plan with a comprehensive, patient-first mindset
- Perform restorative dentistry, extractions, and place implants
- Continue developing experience with implants and robotic-assisted dental technology
- Educate patients clearly so they understand their options and feel confident moving forwardefficient, high-quality patient carebetter technology, and better patient access
What We Are Looking For
- Work with a strong clinical and operations team focused on
- Participate in a modern dental model built around better systems,
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in good standing
- Some hands-on experience with extractions
- Interest in implants, surgery, full-mouth treatment planning, and
- advanced dental technology
- Strong diagnostic judgment and a desire to keep improving
- Clear, confident communication with patients
- High integrity, low ego, and strong ownership of clinical outcomes
- A dentist who wants mentorship, repetition, growth, and a real career path

Pay: $200,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
