Oncall hospice visits after hours with an opportunity for daytime visits

Provide accurate and timely documentation

Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education

Perform other duties as assigned by the registered nurse

Other visit as needed based on your availability including routine and PRN, visits, discharges, Deaths, CC, etc.

Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patientcentered care
-
Active LVN license in the state of California
-
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation

Minimum 1 year of hospice experience; strong understanding of hospice philosophy and endoflife care

Prior experience in nursing or related medical fields

Experience as an oncall LVN runner preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem, PRN

Compensation: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour. Includes on-call and per-visit rates
