About the role
CHME Pharmacy is seeking a licensed California pharmacist for temporary, part-time coverage at our pharmacy. This is a great fit for a relief or per-diem pharmacist who wants flexible hours and a friendly, well-run team. You will dispense accurately, counsel patients, and keep the pharmacy running smoothly during the coverage period.
What you'll do
● Dispense prescriptions — verify, fill, and check medications accurately and safely
● Counsel patients — answer medication questions and provide clear guidance
● Ensure compliance — follow California Board of Pharmacy and federal regulations
● Support the team — oversee pharmacy technicians and daily workflow
What you'll need
● Active CA pharmacist license — current, unrestricted, in good standing (RPh)
● Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) — or equivalent pharmacy degree
● Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
● Available for part-time or relief shifts during the coverage period
