We’re hiring motivated Kitchen Associates who take pride in cooking fresh, from-scratch food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
We are actively hiring for full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. Open availability preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook from-scratch menu items to high-quality standards
- Operate hotline for fast, accurate order fulfillment
- Stock and monitor grab-and-go items, maintaining proper par levels and removing expired products
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Promote Rogers Loyalty program
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment
- Assist customers and support retail operations
What We’re Looking For
- Kitchen or food service experience required
- Passion for fresh food & scratch cooking
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
