The #1 responsibility is maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of vehicles to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and dedication will ensure each vehicle leaves looking its best, creating a positive experience for our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
In this role, you will also be trained to assist in checking in & checking out customers once their services are completed. You will learn how to answer the phone properly, assist customers with their questions, and recommend the best solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Must genuinely enjoy cleaning cars and talking to people.
- Perform thorough car washes using professional techniques to ensure spotless exteriors and interiors within the allotted time.
- Conduct detailed cleaning procedures, including vacuuming, dusting, and surface polishing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area - uphold shop cleanliness
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns and explaining detailing processes effectively over the phone and in person
- Learn how to operate the touchless wash system
- Willing to do a little bit of everything - we cross-train to work better as a team
- Must be comfortable with offering clients high-end solutions for their needs
Experience
- Prior experience in car washing and detailing preferred
- Familiarity with buffing and polishing techniques is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Demonstrates attention to detail and reliability
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields will help you excel in this role
- Experience in ceramic coating would be helpful
- Sales in retail are helpful as well
Compensation:
Includes hourly, overtime and tips. If you are dedicated, there is no cap on how much you can earn. Must work weekends.

We get to know our customers by their first name. We offer services for every budget, and we are open 6 days a week. We love our community and the community loves us.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
