Are you passionate about wellness, customer service, and creating an exceptional client experience? Sweat & Reset is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Studio Manager / Receptionist to join our growing team!
At Sweat & Reset, we help our clients feel their best through infrared sauna therapy, cold plunge therapy, red light therapy, and overall wellness services. We're looking for someone who can be the welcoming face of our studio while helping oversee daily operations.
Position Overview
This role combines front desk responsibilities with studio management duties. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet and check in clients with a warm, welcoming attitude
* Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries
* Schedule appointments and manage memberships through our booking software
* Provide clients with information about services, memberships, and promotions
* Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and presentation
* Open and close the studio as needed
* Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
* Support marketing initiatives, social media content, and studio events
*Monitor membership retention and client satisfaction
* Assist with sales of memberships, retail products, and wellness packages
* Help ensure a positive, luxury client experience from start to finish
Qualifications
✔ Customer service experience preferred
✔ Previous receptionist, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or management experience is a plus
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and social media
✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently
✔ Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and recovery
✔ Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
