Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced On Site Property Manager to oversee a multifamily property in the Modesto area. This is a hands-on role ideal for a professional who is organized, proactive, and confident managing day-to-day operations independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of a 40 + unit property
- Rent collection and delinquency follow-up
- Tenant communication and issue resolution
- Coordinate maintenance and vendors
- Conduct move-in/move-out inspections
- Oversee lease renewals and compliance
- Ensure adherence to California landlord-tenant laws
- Track and report property performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years property management experience
- Experience managing multifamily units
- Strong understanding of CA landlord-tenant regulations
- Organized, responsive, and professional communicator
- Experience with property management software (Buildium a plus)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Schedule:
- Approximately 4-6 hours per day
- 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on site INCLUDED!
- Flexible scheduling within standard business hours
- Must be responsive to tenant and vendor needs
- Apartment available to live in on site
