Bookkeeping Associate
Education: Certificate and/or degree
Experience: 5+ years as a bookkeeper in a professional office
Salary: To be determined
Hours: Full-time (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
Hybrid: No
Report to: Managing partner and Office Administrator
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the daily accounting functions of the office as follows:
-accounts payable: enter invoices into system to process for payment and apply to appropriate accounts
-daily activity with general operating account and Iolta account
-write checks for client expenses and general office needs
-experience with Iolta accounts a plus
-enter cash receipts and direct deposits into system
-maintain filing system for receivables and payables
-miscellaneous administrative tasks
-undertake special projects or other tasks as determined by supervisor(s)
All tasks are to be performed in a professional manner as the position requires access to privileged information. It is expected that the information will be maintained with the necessary degree of confidentiality.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
