Now Hiring: Experienced Real Estate Agent / Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Real Estate Agent / Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our portfolio of approximately 50 residential rental units.
Responsibilities
- Show available rental properties to prospective tenants
- Screen applicants and process rental applications
- Prepare and execute residential lease agreements
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Respond to tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule and oversee property repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Maintain accurate tenant and property records
- Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and company policies
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, and/or residential real estate
- Experience managing residential rental properties
- Strong knowledge of leasing procedures and tenant relations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
