- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages

Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records

- Associate's degree in Nursing or related field

Current NP certification and state licensure to practice

Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred
