Our team includes licensed and certified professionals along with an on-staff Wildlife Biologist. We work with residential, commercial, rural, and government clients throughout the region and pride ourselves on professionalism, communication, and high-quality service.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Account Manager / Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, sales, and hands-on pest management work. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and enjoys building relationships with customers while solving problems.
This is not just a “spray technician” position — we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and help build long-term customer relationships. Strong problem-solving ability is a must for this position.
Responsibilities
· Perform pest control and wildlife management services for residential and commercial customers
· Conduct inspections and recommend solutions for pest and rodent issues
· Build and maintain customer relationships
· Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outside sales efforts
· Complete service documentation and detailed customer notes
· Maintain equipment, vehicle cleanliness, and inventory
· Participate in weekly sales and training meetings
· Travel throughout Western Montana for service work
· Assist with exclusion work, traps, ladders, and occasional crawlspace or attic work
Qualifications
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
· Comfortable using ladders and working outdoors in varying conditions
· Ability to lift and carry equipment
· Sales experience is a plus
· Pest control experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
· Backgrounds in construction, wildlife management, or sales are highly valued, but not required
· Must live within commuting distance of Missoula, MT

Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Successful Account Managers have the opportunity to build long-term recurring income through monthly service sales and customer retention.
We need you to earn at least $60,000/year — it’s up to you to earn more.
