American Traveler is seeking a PTA with home health experience and HCHB proficiency for a 13-week assignment covering a geriatric patient population in the Martinez to Lamorinda territory of California.

Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population

Territory covers the Martinez to Lamorinda area, with flexibility expected across a coverage radius of up to 60 miles from the hub/office
-
Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day

HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) EMR experience required for documentation and charting
-
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–17:00), Monday through Friday
-
No weekend or on-call requirements

iPad provided for field use; mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Current active PTA license required if applicable

Current BLS certification required

Minimum 1 year of recent home health PTA experience required

Proficiency with HCHB EMR required

Must be flexible with territory coverage across the assigned service area

Provide skilled physical therapy assistant services to a geriatric home health patient population
