Your expertise in payroll systems and accounting software will support seamless payroll operations, safeguard confidential information, and uphold the integrity of our financial and HR data. Duties
- Process certified payroll accurately using systems such as LCP Trackers and DIR
- Handle day-to-day requests from contractors regarding labor compliance
- Request documentation from ironworker locals
- Process monthly union reports
- Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality while maintaining meticulous records within payroll systems
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies, process adjustments, and support audits or internal reviews
- Additional clerical duties as requested by supervisor
Skills
- Minimum 1-3 years of certified payroll experience
- Experience working with payroll systems such as LCP Tracker and DIR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
