Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HOA Building Project Supervisor to lead and oversee residential building projects within homeowner association communities. In this role, you will coordinate construction activities, manage project schedules, and ensure that all work aligns with quality standards, safety protocols, and community expectations. Your leadership will drive project success from planning through completion, fostering positive relationships with contractors and residents.
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of HOA building projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication among all.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project supervision within residential building environments.
- Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
