- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a childcare setting
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote child development
- Supervise and engage children in play, educational, and recreational activities
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure their well-being at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the children

- First Aid: Possess knowledge of basic first aid procedures and the ability to respond to emergencies promptly
- Classroom Management: Ability to create a structured and positive learning environment for children
- Experience with Children: Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting
- Infant Care: Knowledge of caring for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
- Special Education: Familiarity with special education techniques and strategies to support children with special needs
- Daycare/Childcare: Understanding of the unique needs of children in a daycare or childcare setting
- Toddler Care: Ability to meet the developmental needs of toddlers through age-appropriate activities and care routines
- Caregiving: Compassionate nature and ability to provide emotional support to children in your care
- Education: Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
