Filbrun Concrete & Excavating is looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with proven experience finishing residential and commercial concrete who can consistently produce quality work and take pride in their craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of concrete finishing experience
- Ability to finish decorative concrete is a plus
- Experience with slabs, sidewalks, patios, driveways, and steps
- Ability to read grades and maintain proper slopes
- Strong work ethic, communication, attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to our shop
- Valid driver's license preferred (CDL is a plus)

We're looking for a finisher who takes pride in quality workmanship, shows up every day ready to work, and understands what it takes to produce a professional finished product.
If you're currently learning the trade and do not have finishing experience, this is not the position we're hiring for at this time, but you're welcome to submit your resume as a basic laborer for us to pull from when we grow.
Pay based on experience.
Pay: $23.91 - $29.21 per hour
