Position Summary
The Inside Sales Coordinator is a senior individual contributor role within the Totally Chocolate sales team, combining hands-on account management with a coordination and leadership layer that supports the North American Sales Manager in driving team performance, consistency, and culture. This role is designed for an experienced sales professional who excels at both executing at the account level and helping elevate those around them. As a member of the inside sales team, the Inside Sales Coordinator serves as a key point of accountability for day-to-day sales operations, seasonal readiness, and team cohesion, while maintaining their own portfolio of high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Relationships
- Manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts with a focus on high-value, high-frequency, or strategically significant relationships.
- Listen actively to client needs and recommend tailored gifting solutions that align with their brand strategy and seasonal objectives.
- Build and sustain authentic long-term client partnerships that drive repeat revenue and referral business.
Team Coordination & Sales Operations
- Help maintain consistency across the team in CRM usage, order entry standards, and client communication practices.
Seasonal Readiness & Peak Period Management
- Support the onboarding and training of new inside sales team members, leveraging deep knowledge of Totally Chocolate's systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain shared resources including account playbooks, FAQ documents, and process guides for the team.
CRM, Reporting & Strategy Support
- Maintain exemplary HubSpot CRM discipline and model best practices for the team.
- Contribute to sales reporting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly target tracking in partnership
Brand & Culture
- Represent Totally Chocolate with the highest standard of professionalism and client care in every interaction.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture that reflects the company's values and growth ambitions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, production, and shipping to advocate for clients and improve the end-to-end experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in inside sales, account management, or client services, with demonstrated growth in responsibility.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of B2B accounts while simultaneously supporting team-level goals.
- Strong interpersonal leadership skills, able to influence, guide, and motivate peers without formal authority.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and order management or ERP platforms.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting to internal stakeholders.
- Self-directed, proactive, and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy.
Preferred
- Experience in hospitality, corporate gifting, events, promotional products, food service, or branded merchandise.
- Previous experience in a team lead, senior rep, or coordinator capacity with informal mentorship or training responsibilities.
- Exposure to seasonal business models and the ability to adapt quickly to volume fluctuations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft GP, Atlas, or comparable legacy order management systems.

Compensation & Benefits (The Chocolate Only Goes So Far!)
- Base pay: $23.50–$25.00 per hour DOE, paid bi-weekly
- Quarterly team-based bonus
