Responsibilities:
FLOOR INSTRUCTOR NEEDED:
- Explaining and teaching our cutting technique.
- Assist students with their haircuts on clients through out the day.
-Hold students accountable when needed, and discipline if needed.
-Enforce the rules with customers and students to maintain a healthy learning environment for our students.
- Teach excellent customer service and give advice on being succesful in barbering.
- Perform and Teach Hot Towel Shaves when needed.
- Teaching cutting techniques
- Teach classroom Theory when needed
- Perform Demo's
- Enforce Station Cleanliness according to state board regualtions
Shifts Available:
Monday-Friday:
8:30am - 1:00pm (Part-Time)
1:00pm - 9pm (Full-Time)
Saturdays:
9:00am -1:30pm (Every other weekend if needed)
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish ( not required )
- Valid barbering license.
- Learn our own FBC cutting technique and teach to our students if needed.
- Experienced in a wide range of barbering techniques and styles.
- Good at following instructions and willing to learn how to be an instructor.
- Excellent customer service skills, patience, and can effectively communicate with students.
- Have to know how to control the room of 15-25 students at once, and be able to lead by example or discipline if needed.
- Have to know how to control the floor with disrespectful customers if needed.
Note: Experience in Barbering, Hairstyling, Razor Shaves, Hot towel shaves, mens haircuts, is required for this position.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
