Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

What You'll Do
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other office documents
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping functions
- Order office supplies and help maintain office equipment
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and office communications
- Provide administrative support to management and office staff
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative, office, or clerical experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
