FreeWorld is hiring CDL-A Trainees in the Bay Area. In this paid, 4-week role, you'll complete permit preparation and behind-the-wheel training with an instructor, log practice hours, and prepare to test for your Class A commercial driver's license. Upon successful completion, our career services team directly assists you in finding a driving job — 85% of trainees are working within one month of finishing, with average first-year earnings of $50,000 to $90,000.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and complete self-paced permit coursework
- Pass the DMV permit test
- Complete 4 weeks of hands-on, behind-the-wheel instruction
- Maintain attendance and meet training milestones
- Work toward your CDL-A licensure under instructor supervision
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older (21+ required for interstate driving roles)
- No prior driving experience necessary — training provided
- Able to pass a DOT physical
