We currently have openings for Mortgage Loan Consultants in California with a DRE SalesPerson License. Pacific Shoreline Funding is dedicated to providing a high-end, customer oriented experience and competitive loan products. Our Mortgage Loan Consultants not only know the mortgage business and the products we offer but are also deeply committed to the needs of our clients. We are all about developing solid relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
- Promote Pacific Shoreline Funding in a positive manner
- Develop profitable working Business to Business relationships with Attorneys, Accountants, Financial Advisers, Consultants, Realtors and Builders.
- Originate loans through both Company generated marketing data as well as outside referral sources.
- Send Loan Estimates with Required Disclosures Electronically and in a timely manner.
- Collect signatures on all Estimates, Disclosures, Items required and confirm clients Intent to Proceed.
- Review all requested items to ensure loan applications fit Lender Guidelines and are in accordance with agency regulatory guidelines.
- Set Appropriate Rate and Terms.
- Determine appropriate Lender and Submit complete loan package to Company Processor for Lender Approval and Underwriting Conditions.
- Request and confirm Loan Rate locks, Closing Disclosures
- Assist processing with any Prior to Documents and / or Prior to Funding Conditions required.
- Update and Advise all parties of status and expectations.
Required Work Experience, Skills and Education:
- Must have or obtain and maintain an NMLS ID number (S.A.F.E. Act registration).
- Must have or obtain and maintain a CA Real Estate Sales Persons License
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Mobile Applications, CRMs and LOS systems
- Knowledge of mortgage lending, rules and regulations pertaining to private, agency and Government lending practices.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to interact with staff, clients, broker and compliance department to solve, analyze and find solutions to benefit the company , the client and you.
- Ability to learn and apply new information or skills
- Ability to observe and interpret people and situations
- Ability to perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks
- Ability to use math and apply mathematical reasoning and abstract statistical concepts
- Ability to work under intensive deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $4,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
