Trusts & Estates Tax Senior | Hybrid
Managers also considered
Not every firm talks about progression and actually proves it.
Here, several of the current Partners started their careers as Senior Associates. They've worked their way up themselves, so they understand what experienced Seniors need to take that next step. You're working alongside leaders who've been there, not a distant leadership team.
This mid sized CPA firm continues to grow, particularly across its Trusts & Estates and High Net Worth client base. They're now looking to add an experienced Tax Senior, or an early Manager, who already has solid Trusts & Estates experience and wants to keep building on it.
This isn't a fully specialist role, but around 50% of your workload will focus on Trusts & Estates.
You'll be involved in:
- Trusts & Estates compliance and planning
- High Net Worth individual returns (1040s)
- Business returns, depending on your experience and interests
- Working closely with a Partner on more complex Trusts & Estates matters
- Shaping your workload over time around your strengths and career goals
This could be a good fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Already have regular Trusts & Estates experience and want more of it
- Are operating at Senior level, or have recently stepped into Manager and still want plenty of technical work
The culture is another reason people stay. It's collaborative, friendly and genuinely down to earth. The team enjoys spending time together without it ever feeling forced, from informal after work catch ups to a summer social where the office closes for the day.
Hybrid working is built in, with a structured onboarding process to help you settle in properly. You'll have regular access to Partners, straightforward communication and the support to continue developing your career.
If you're looking for a role where Trusts & Estates is a real part of your future, rather than just something you help with occasionally, I'd be happy to tell you more.
