**Overview:**
We are seeking Competitive & Outgoing Servers, Bartenders or Hosts with High Standards to join our team at Mo's Irish Pub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for building relationships with guests. Our FOH team plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for our guests. **Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests and take drink/food orders with a smile
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
- Maintain a clean and organized bar/service area, including polishing glasses and stocking supplies
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Utilize POS systems, including Toast POS
- Work effectively as part of a team to provide seamless service to guests
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drink offerings
- Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences
- Promote upcoming events
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all guests leave with a positive impression of our restaurant
**Qualifications:**
- Outgoing, friendly personality and excitement to learn
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a late night bar/restaurant
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Availability to work flexible hours; primarily evenings and weekends
- Valid TABC and Food Handler's Permit required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour
