American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a NICU position requiring Epic proficiency, AHA-certified BLS and NRP, and a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.

Hospital-based NICU setting with an average daily census of 30 patients
-
Patient ratio of 1:3
-
Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
-
Every other weekend coverage required
-
Floating to Mother-Baby and Pediatrics units required
-
Epic EMR experience required
-
Active LA or Compact RN license required
-
Current AHA certifications required: BLS and NRP

Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required for previous travelers; minimum 3 years of NICU experience required for first-time travelers

Must reside 65 or more miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

First-time travelers are welcome to apply with the required experience

Upon accepting an assignment, the unit manager may assign you to an Emergency Team with an expectation to remain at the facility or serve on a relief team during emergency events
