Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting daily operations within a fast-paced factory environment, assisting with assembly, material handling, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have factory experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with warehouse and manufacturing processes. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a dynamic setting and contribute to the efficient production of quality products.
Responsibilities
- Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment safely and effectively
- Support the movement and handling of materials within the warehouse or manufacturing floor
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety standards are met
- Assist with loading and unloading materials or finished products
- Support team members in various tasks to meet production goals
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is a plus
- Experience operating forklift and power tools is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
