Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced contractor to complete a residential exterior renovation project consisting of metal siding installation and window replacement on a two-story home.
The project includes removing existing siding, installing new barn wood-style metal siding, replacing three front windows, weatherproofing all openings, installing trim and finishing components, and completing a clean, professional exterior transformation. The homeowner has already selected the siding style and window appearance, and reference photos will be provided.
This is a turnkey installation project for a contractor experienced with metal siding systems and residential window replacement. Work must be completed on schedule with attention to detail, weatherproofing, and quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Remove existing siding
- Install house wrap/weather barrier
- Install metal barn wood-style siding
- Install trim, corners, J-channel, and finish pieces
- Remove and replace 3 front windows
- Flash, insulate, and seal window openings
- Maintain clean and safe jobsite
- Complete final walkthrough and punch list
Requirements
- Experience with metal siding installation
- Experience replacing residential windows
- Own tools and transportation
