Here’s what you’ll do:
- Build Your Portfolio: Prospect for new clients through a mix of outside sales activities, networking, and strategic marketing.
- Be a Trusted Expert: Consult with clients to analyze their needs and recommend the right insurance products for their unique situations.
- Guide the Journey: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, including policy negotiation, clear documentation, and timely follow-up.
- Nurture Relationships: Provide outstanding service to retain clients, address inquiries, and review policies to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Expand Our Reach: Use a variety of methods (including telemarketing and community outreach) to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Uphold Standards: Ensure all client interactions and data handling comply with industry regulations, including HIPAA.
What you bring to the table:
- A proven track record in sales (outside sales, retail, or insurance is a plus!).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you’re a natural connector.
- Strong negotiation abilities and the drive to see a deal through to completion.
- Self-motivation and organizational skills to manage your sales pipeline and admin tasks.
- A customer-service mindset, always putting the client first.
- Big Advantage: Bilingual or multilingual communication skills to serve our diverse community.
- Helpful Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products, basic marketing strategies, or HIPAA guidelines is beneficial, but we provide training for the right candidate.
