Crown & Card New York is seeking a full-time Verizon Team Member to fuel our Verizon Fios growth. This Verizon Team Member role is a front-row seat to connectivity innovation, new fiber deployments, and speed upgrades that keep our community ahead. As a Verizon Team Member, you'll introduce customers to Verizon Fios and its ability to keep their homes connected without interruption. The Verizon Team Member also showcases Wi-Fi that reaches every corner of the home and speeds that power all their online activities. As part of our sales team, you'll drive sales by highlighting the advantages of Fios' superior network.
Role Responsibilities of the Verizon Team Member
- Consult with customers to evaluate internet usage, connected devices, and home networking requirements before recommending Verizon FiOS services.
- Present fiber internet solutions by explaining bandwidth capacity, Wi-Fi coverage, low-latency performance, and long-term connectivity value.
- Support customers throughout service enrollment, account setup, installation coordination, and onboarding with exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities to recommend higher-speed internet tiers and enhanced connectivity solutions that strengthen customer accounts and sales.
- Educate customers on Verizon FiOS features, network dependability, and home internet performance without unnecessary technical complexity.
- Assist customers with account updates, service changes, and installation expectations while maintaining a positive customer experience.
