Front Desk Associate(Full-Time)
Indianapolis Music Academy is hiring a part-time(Saturdays) Front Desk Associate to join our team. This is a key role in our school, helping families, students, and teachers stay organized and supported.

We work with children and families learning music, and our office is the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our school.
SCHEDULE
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This schedule aligns with our lesson hours and student activity.
PAY
- $17/hour starting pay
- Pay increase with positive annual evaluations
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This role is a mix of customer service, organization, and communication. You will help keep our school running smoothly each day.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls with a friendly, professional tone
- Helping families register for lessons
- Communicating with parents, students, and teachers
- Managing schedules and lesson information
- Processing payments and basic paperwork
- Keeping the front desk organized and welcoming
- Light cleaning and general office upkeep
- Supporting day-to-day school operations
