Job Summary
We are looking for a Service/Installation Scheduler who can help us schedule our measure, install, and service appointments between our customers and crews. This person must develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers, installers, and techs to schedule measure, install, and
service appointments.
- Communicate with installers and techs about the complexity of jobs and schedule accordingly.
- Verify all products and parts have arrived before scheduling appointments.
- Prepare daily job packets.
- Process job packets to completion.

- Must have the ability to problem solve.
- Must be capable of continuously learning and adapting to changes.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be comfortable utilizing various forms of technology.
