Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses
- Design and oversee behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians
- Train and mentor staff and caregivers
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage priorities while maintaining clinical quality
