Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and personal care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure exceptional care and service
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and transferring
- Prepare meals, and provide light housekeeping services
- Communicate with clients and Synergy HomeCare office to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
