Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Consultant to support the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS), data governance processes, metadata management, hierarchy management, and integration with Oracle Cloud applications.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure accurate enterprise data management, governance, and efficient data lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS) applications.
- Design and maintain enterprise data models, dimensions, hierarchies, viewpoints, and properties.
- Develop and manage data governance workflows, approvals, and change requests.
- Perform metadata management, data validation, and hierarchy maintenance.
- Support integrations between Oracle EDM and Oracle Cloud applications such as:
- Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
- Oracle Fusion ERP
- Oracle Financial applications
- Develop and maintain EDM extracts, imports, and data mappings.
- Troubleshoot data issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into EDM solutions.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Create technical documentation, process flows, and user guides.
- Participate in data governance initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) or related Oracle EPM technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EDM Cloud Service (EDMCS).
- Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise data management concepts
- Master data management (MDM)

- Hierarchies

- Approval workflows
- Experience with EDM data imports, exports, and extracts.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications (Planning, FCCS, EPBCS, or similar) is preferred.
- Experience working with business and technical teams in requirement gathering and solution design.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Understanding of Financial Master Data processes (Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Legal Entities, Departments).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an Oracle EDM specialist who can independently manage EDM configurations, support data governance processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business teams in an onsite enterprise environment.

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
