We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental team and help provide high-quality, patient-centered care to the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform patient screenings including oral health assessments, health history review, oral cancer screenings, head and neck inspections, charting, and vital signs

Complete dental radiographs (x-rays) and assist with development and review

Remove calculus and plaque from tooth surfaces through preventive hygiene care

Apply sealants, fluoride treatments, and other preventive materials

Administer nitrous oxide sedation and local anesthesia as permitted

Document existing restorations and identify areas of concern for dentist evaluation

Educate patients on oral hygiene, brushing, flossing, nutrition, and tobacco cessation

Maintain infection control standards and sterilization procedures following universal precautions

Assist with impressions for study casts and other clinical support as needed

Maintain accurate patient documentation and support administrative workflow
Requirements:
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Kansas

Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, radiology, and infection control standards

Excellent communication and patient education skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Current CPR certification

Experience working in a community health or public health setting

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
