ProComm Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor specializing in low-slope systems across Texas and the Southeastern U.S. We are growing quickly and currently have immediate openings for Roofing Apprentices / Construction Laborers in the Austin and San Antonio areas. Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, dependable, and hard-working individuals to join our team as Roofing Apprentices / Construction Laborers. No prior experience is required — we provide paid, hands-on training to help you develop skills in the roofing and construction industry.
This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn a trade, grow within a company, and build a long-term career in a high-demand industry. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team in outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with roofing installation, repairs, and tear-offs on residential and commercial projects
- Work alongside experienced roofers and foremen to learn all aspects of the trade
- Load and unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Set up and tear down safety equipment, including fall protection systems
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Attend weekly safety meetings and training sessions
- Learn manufacturer-approved roofing systems and installation methods
- Deliver high-quality work while supporting customer satisfaction
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects safely and on time
Requirements
- No experience required — training provided
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying materials throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail
- Basic ability to use company software, apps, and communication tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
