In this vital role, you will assist with the handling, assembly, and organization of materials and components essential to our production process. Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and power tools to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse and manufacturing areas
- Assist with the assembly of parts and components on the assembly line, ensuring quality standards are met
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring materials are stored correctly and easily accessible
- Use hand tools to perform routine maintenance, repairs, or adjustments on equipment and materials
- Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials for production runs and assisting with packaging or shipping tasks
- Conduct safety inspections of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and proper use of equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Skills
- Experience operating forklifts ( will train if no priot experience) and familiarity with warehouse or factory environments
- Mechanical knowledge related to assembly lines, manufacturing equipment, or hand tools
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools for assembly or maintenance tasks
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout shifts. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting to prevent accidents or injuries
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team

Pay ranging depending on Position, skill set, and Experience.
