Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with a high level of service.
- Resolve guest issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Nice to Haves
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
