We are looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our Farmers Insurance team. This is a remote position focused on helping customers understand their insurance options, providing quotes, following up with leads, and closing new business.
The ideal candidate is dependable, confident on the phone, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment. You should be able to build relationships, explain coverage clearly, and consistently follow up with prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Contact new and existing leads by phone, text, and email
- Provide quotes for auto, home, renters, and other insurance products
- Explain coverage options and make appropriate recommendations
- Follow up with prospects and work toward closing new business
- Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer notes and activity in the agency’s CRM
- Meet individual sales, call, and production goals
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
- Follow all Farmers Insurance and state compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License required
- Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with sales goals and performance expectations
- Self-motivated and able to stay productive while working remotely
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn agency software
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, but not required

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday

Compensation:
$50,000-60,000 per year, including base pay and commission. Final compensation will depend on experience, licensing, and sales performance.

This position is with an independent Farmers Insurance agency. The agency owner is responsible for all employment decisions, including hiring, compensation, scheduling, and supervision.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
