Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated applicant to join our industrial maintenance team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing valves and related systems across production and processing facilities. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation of manual and pneumatic valve systems, contributing to the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our operations. Duties
- Perform routine inspections, calibration, testing and maintenance of well control valves and pressure sensitive valves.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues utilizing schematics, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Repair and replace valves, actuators, sensors, and other control components in accordance with industry standards.
- Conduct field service tasks including installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning of new valve systems or upgrades.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on projects involving new valve installation, old valve replacement, valve inspections and valve maintenance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, repairs performed, and system modifications for compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot using simple hand tools
- Background in oil and gas work or related fields such as manufacturing or mechanical is highly desirable.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and mechanical work for system layout modifications or upgrades is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in field service environments.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
