Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 + bonus opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

We are seeking experienced Managers to support our Tax and Assurance (A&A) practices. Candidates will lead engagements, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships while upholding our firm’s quality standards.
What You’ll DoFor Tax Managers
- Manage and review individual and business tax return projects
- Review, approve, and sign tax returns
- Provide tax planning, research, and guidance on transaction structures
- Coach, mentor, train, and develop team members
- Communicate directly with clients and support long‑term relationship development
- Build a professional network and contribute to new business opportunities
For Assurance (A&A) Managers
- Manage audit and attestation engagements, including budgets, timelines, and client expectations
- Supervise and review complex financial statements with minimal oversight
- Study and evaluate client internal controls; develop or review work programs and time budgets
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm quality control protocols
- Review engagement workpapers to ensure adherence to GAAS and firm policies
- Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and deliver strategic recommendations
- Support staff development through evaluations, mentoring, and training
- Maintain and grow relationships with client personnel and external referral sources
What You BringQualifications (Tax or A&A Managers)
- CPA license required
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)
- Master of Taxation or equivalent (preferred for Tax Managers)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical‑thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word; experience with CCH Engagement, Axcess Practice, WorkStream, Knowledge Coach, or Fixed Assets CS is helpful
