We're not looking for a nursing superhero.
We're looking for a nursing leader.
Someone who believes their greatest contribution isn't doing the work for everyone else—it's developing a team capable of delivering exceptional care.
If you're passionate about mentoring nurses, building relationships, strengthening culture, and growing future leaders, we'd love to talk.
Your legacy shouldn't be how much you carried; it should be how many people you helped succeed.
Because our DON's job isn't to be the best nurse on the floor anymore; it's to grow the other nurses to be!
