Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert speech and language therapy services to our ABA clients, Your primary focus will be assessing communication disorders, developing personalized therapy plans, and implementing effective interventions to improve speech, language, and swallowing functions. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care that enhances patients' quality of life. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify communication impairments across various age groups and conditions.
- Develop individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques for speech articulation, language development, voice modulation, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive treatment approaches and optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems for accurate documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and patient notes.
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions when necessary to expand access and deliver flexible care options.
- Stay informed about advancements in physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and speech-language pathology best practices to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program; state licensure or certification required.
- Proven experience working with children in pediatrics or early intervention settings; familiarity with school-based environments is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in speech therapy techniques for individuals with speech impairments and disabilities across age groups.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to communication disorders.
- Experience conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for diverse populations.
- Ability to implement speech-language therapy plans effectively in both in-person and telehealth settings.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams and engaging parents or caregivers actively in the therapeutic process.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
