We are a 24 hour/7 day a week assisted living facility with active residents.
We are located in Wadena, MN
- We hire PCA's, nursing assistants or we will train you; experience preferred.
- Must be able to meet physical demands and be able to lift up to 50lbs and climb a full set of stairs.
- Must be able to be flexible with working times including weekends, and holidays
- Be accountable and show up on scheduled days, on time
- Be able to cook for all the residents using a planned menu with recipes
- Must be able to assist client with personal cares as needed and accurately pass medications.
- Must be able to communicate (read, write and speak) in English, effectively, with co-workers and senior residents.
-We provide yearly training in dementia and Alzheimer residents.
- Must be able to manage housekeeping duties
- Must have some experience with computers and be comfortable learning a basic program for charting. You will be trained as well.
Availability for permanent 8 hour shifts on evening shift (2:30-10:30pm)- 32 hrs/week (4 days/wk). Permanent 8 hour shifts on overnight shift (10:30pm-6:30am) - 40hrs per 2 weeks. Includes every other weekend and shared holidays.. We are flexible and can work with your personal schedule.
We offer 1-1/2 holiday pay and overtime, if worked, and accrued sick time.
